How do I make a purchase?

All prices quoted are in British pounds. 
When you have found what you want click on the title or image to bring up the full entry. To add the item to your 'shopping basket' simply click [Order Now]. Click on [Checkout] to complete your purchase, or [Continue] to continue browsing and add further items.
You are charged only before despatch.

How do I add to my shopping basket?

To add to your shopping basket click [Order Now] in the full entry for your chosen title. To delete items in your basket tick the item you wish to remove and click the [Recalculate] button. The number on order may be altered using the quantity box and again clicking the [Recalculate] button.

How do I track the progress of my order?

Registered users can track the progress of their order by clicking on the "Order Status" link in the menu at the top of the screen, logging in and clicking "Review previous Orders" under the "Orders" section.

Can I cancel my order?

Yes, your order may be cancelled at any time prior to dispatch: please notify us as soon as possible by e-mail, telephone or fax. If your order has already been dispatched you can return it following the procedures shown in 'Can I return my order?' below.

Can I return my order?

Any order supplied by us may be returned for a refund, provided the goods are unused and are sent back at the expense of the customer within 28 days. If you do wish to return goods please notify us by e-mail, telephone or fax before doing so. Refunds for returned goods will not include original carriage costs.
If goods supplied are faulty, or have been damaged in transit, or are not the goods that were ordered, they will either be replaced or their full value refunded, including both original carriage costs and costs incurred in returning them.
